Are the products you sell genuine?
Yes, every single product we sell is 100% genuine. Our products are purchased either directly from the manufacturer or through an authorized distributor.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, all orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping!
Is packaging discreet?
Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of our store name on the outside. The sender's name on the postage label will be the staff member who packed your order.
We pack all fragile products with multiple layers of bubble wrap, then we use an extra cardboard layer for added peace of mind. Our intact and unbroken delivery rate is above 99%.
How long is delivery?
We process and ship all orders within one business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST are shipped the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
